A client in the travel Industry is looking for a experienced and qualified Travel Consultant, to assist their customers with planning, booking and managing client travel arrangements.

Job description
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Organizing end-to-end services like booking tickets, accommodation, medical needs, travel, and transportation.
• Managing, planning and assisting with clients’ travel preferences and creating a tailored itinerary based on their budgets.
• Documenting and maintaining records of clients’ payments, invoices, and other travel-related bookings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay informed about travel trends, regulations and industry-related news to offer the best possible service.
• Provide advice on Visas, passports and other travel documents
• Monitor changes in travel regulations and advise clients accordingly

Candidate specification
• Experience: 3 years plus
• Education Level: Diploma Level
• Qualifications: Advanced IATA Certificate, Galileo Courses Professional, Galileo Document Producer Course
• Software: MS Office
• Equipment: Computer literate
• Knowledge Of: General travel industry experience
• Ability To: Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client bookings
• Other Requirements: Meticulous planner with attention to detail with bookings, payments or other travel-related requirements
